As an educator, many professionals are familiar with the term pedagogy and wonder about the term andragogy. Pedagogical environments tend to have a teacher who lectures to the students and in turn the students must complete various assignments independently. Andragogical environments occur when the teacher assumes the role of a co-facilitator and creates an interactive environment for the students. As the blog emerges, more definitions and in-depth reflections will be made. Above I have created a word cloud pertaining to the andragogical principles I have studied these past few weeks.
